The role requires 3+ years in freight brokerage or trucking sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in freight brokerage or trucking sales.
• Proven success in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Knowledge of FTL/LTL and transportation markets.
• Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
• Experience with TMS, CRM, DAT, and Truckstop.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and secure freight opportunities.
• Build partnerships with shippers, customers, and carriers.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate freight shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Grow a sustainable book of business and drive revenue.
• Expand Jusczak Logistics brand and presence in the transportation industry.
• Develop and maintain a strong carrier network to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient logistics solutions.
• Monitor market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed revenue, margin, and customer retention goals.
