Job summary

Jewelry Television in Knoxville, TN is seeking an E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to drive and scale our marketplace business across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other channels. You will own execution to keep operations running and help develop new revenue streams, reporting to the Manager of Marketplace Accounts.

You’ll handle listing content, data pulls, PO data entry, FBA coordination, and platform administration while identifying opportunities to improve processes and grow the

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership over problems and growth.
• Genuine curiosity about e-commerce and how/why things work.
• High attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to prioritize and execute across multiple marketplace platforms.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel) and general computer literacy.
• Comfort using AI tools to accomplish tasks like Claude and AI Studio.
• Comfort with ambiguity and independence in problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Write and format titles, bullets, and descriptions for new SKUs per keyword strategy.
• Build infographics following house style guide.
• Perform listing maintenance, error fixes, and attribute updates.
• Compile weekly executive reporting decks and data pulls.
• Build year-over-year comparison workbooks for holidays and promotions.
• Enter and track purchase order data and coordinate FBA shipments.
• Monitor pricing, reviews, and promotions across platforms.
• Manage sample requests and inventory logging.
