The West Essex YMCA seeks a Senior Membership & Wellness Director to lead membership growth, retention, and wellness programming. As a senior leader, you will drive business development, quality improvement, and innovative initiatives aligned with branch goals while ensuring safety and exceptional member engagement.

You will oversee program quality and safety, set KPIs, collaborate with branch and association leadership, and cultivate community partnerships to enhance revenue and impact.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in sales, membership, wellness or program operations with revenue/engagement results.
• Strong knowledge of membership practices, wellness programming, and customer service excellence.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple program areas and budgets (multi-site) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
