MaximaTek is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead multi-channel campaigns that build brand awareness, engage users, and generate qualified leads. You will bridge creative strategy, content creation, and data analytics to maximize ROI across digital channels.

The role covers campaign planning, content & SEO, analytics, email marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and sales to ensure timely launches and cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 0-5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for content creation and reporting.
• Familiarity with SEO tools and WordPress.
• Basic HTML/CSS and Canva/Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, email, and display channels.
• Develop engaging content and SEO to improve organic visibility and rankings.
• Monitor KPIs, track ROI, and generate regular performance reports using analytics/tools.
• Build and manage targeted email workflows, lead nurture funnels, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with design, product, sales, and agencies for cohesive messaging and timely launches.
