Job summary

Chowbus in Chicago seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to own its digital presence end to end, including SEO, our website, analytics, and paid search. You will turn data into decisions and help restaurant owners find Chowbus and book a demo.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to keep the digital funnel aligned from first click to conversion. The role is hybrid and based in our Chicago office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with ownership of SEO, website/CMS, analytics, and paid search.
• Proven experience improving organic search rankings and traffic using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Hands-on CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) including landing page builds and edits.
• Strong experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and building reporting dashboards (Looker or similar).
• Experience managing a paid search budget and reporting on ROAS and cost per lead.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Chowbus's SEO roadmap, including keyword strategy, technical SEO audits, site structure, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Manage day-to-day CMS operations, including page builds, navigation, edits, and governance.
• Build dashboards and reports to track website traffic, campaigns, and lead-to-demo conversion.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display) for qualified demo requests.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns and improve funnel performance.
