7AI, a foundational AI security company, is seeking a Digital Marketing Engineer in Boston. You will turn buyer signals into action, building pipelines to route audiences into campaigns and ensuring content lands with the right people at the right time.

Work inside 7AI's marketing systems and ad tools, partnering with creative and content to craft impactful campaigns. You will measure performance and optimize using data while collaborating across teams to accelerate pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• Experience operating marketing automation and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience launching paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, including audience activation and retargeting.
• Experience connecting buyer signals, enrichment, and sales routing into a measurable motion.
• Familiarity with ABM, intent data, and tools such as Clay, Influ2, Demandbase is a plus.
• Comfort turning ideas into measurable tests quickly; expect some tests to fail.
• Curiosity about what might work independently of direction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor buyer and intent signals and convert them into next steps.
• Build systems that push signals into ad platforms and campaigns by audience.
• Get content in front of the right audience at the right time.
• Work hands-on in marketing systems and ad-targeting tools to maintain workflows.
• Design and launch campaigns and experiments quickly, avoiding long cycles.
• Measure campaign performance with UTMs, GA4 and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams on assets.
