Job summary

Silktide, a fast-growing SaaS platform, seeks a Demand Generation Manager in the United States to own campaigns from planning to reporting. You will lead multi-channel initiatives, experiment with new channels, and report on performance to the VP of Marketing.

This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX, requiring collaboration with teams across the US, UK, and beyond, and a focus on CAC and pipeline metrics as you scale lead generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in demand generation for B2B SaaS.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to explain results to leadership in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid social and paid search.
• Test new channels, audiences, content, and offers, primarily across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
• Own the full campaign lifecycle: audiences, messaging, landing pages, and follow-up
• Track CAC and pipeline generated
• Collaborate with content and design to build assets for campaigns
• Scale campaigns to international audiences
