Job summary

Ollie’s distribution center is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to move palletized merchandise and support multiple departments. You will operate a high reach truck, use AS400 and RF guns, and ensure correct placement of pallets while following safety procedures.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma (preferred), ability to work independently, meet productivity standards, and a flexible schedule. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and self-motivated to seek work.
• Ability to complete assignments in time allotted.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (until work is done).

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment and complete inspection sheets to ensure safety and operability daily.
• Provide support to all departments by responding to radio requests.
• Work within the assigned zone to move pallets of merchandise.
• Use AS400 onboard monitor to determine movement and placement of pallets.
• Use RF guns to scan product in and out of locations.
• Correct location errors when observed.
• Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Meet minimum productivity standards.
• Complete any additional responsibilities as assigned.
