Job summary

MRINetwork is assisting a high-growth regional bank in Dallas, TX, seeking an Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer to drive a disciplined, repeatable acquisitions program. The role centers on end-to-end integration from diligence to synergy realization, ensuring client experience, risk discipline, and cultural alignment.

The EVP/COO will build an integration capability, scale operations across multi-market entities, and partner with the CEO and board to execute a growth strategy

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior leadership in banking or financial services.
• Proven experience as COO or similar overseeing large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated success merging acquisitions and integrating operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide operations including loan/deposit and support functions.
• Build and institutionalize a repeatable M&A integration playbook with governance and timelines.
• Partner with deal teams on diligence to assess operational and integration risks.
• Lead post-merger integration with platform conversions, consolidation, and alignment.
• Drive synergy capture and efficiency improvements post-acquisition.
• Establish an IMO discipline tracking KPIs and value realization across deals.
• Ensure scalability and regulatory compliance across multi-market expansion.
