Job summary

GPAC, on behalf of a world-class roofing contractor in Charleston, SC, seeks an experienced Estimator to drive growth in commercial and industrial roofing projects. You will develop accurate cost estimates and proposals for new construction and reroofing, while managing deadlines and client relationships.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a data-driven approach, and the potential to advance into leadership as the company expands its market footprint in the metro area.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of estimating $100k-4M
• Expert knowledge in all Roofing Systems
• Relationship driven and with a passion for success
• Ability to estimate both new construction as well as reroofing for commercial as well as industrial
• Ability to complete estimates and proposals under pressure to meet specific deadlines
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting
• Advanced knowledge of commercial and industrial construction equipment and techniques, drawings, specifications, component materials, and required standards applicable to the discipline

Responsibilities

• The primary activities are in the local market, providing excellent customer service and growing the footprint.
• Develop estimates and proposals for commercial and industrial roofing projects.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of bids.
