Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Admitted in New Jersey and New York
• Experience drafting pleadings
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Manage workload of multiple clients and deadlines
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, witnesses, opposing counsel and judges
• Strong analytical ability and writing skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrates ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and court staff
