Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a horticultural‑related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize, schedule, and multitask.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Computer proficient.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and general business principles.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers and develop long‑term relationships.
• Conduct site walk‑throughs and formal meetings.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Aim for 90%+ account renewal.
• Grow existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate estimates and take‑offs.
• Develop and maintain profitable contracts and enhancement work.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue while keeping margins.
• Partner with Production Team to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain open, collaborative communication with production and leadership.
• Prepare sales reports, estimates, contracts, and enhancement proposals.
• Assist with accounts receivable and maintain organized customer data.
• Prioritize multiple customers, projects, schedules, and deadlines.
