Job summary

Adams Bank & Trust seeks an experienced Sales Assistant to support our Commercial Lending team. This full-time role can be based at Fort Collins, Greeley or Firestone, Colorado, with opportunities across Northern Colorado.

You will assist lead bankers with requests for yearly financials, build knowledge of client files, and help strengthen relationships with borrowers while ensuring compliance with bank policy.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting a lending team and supporting bankers in managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of personal and commercial financial statements and credit documents.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate effectively with borrowers.
• Understanding of bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead bankers with requests for yearly financials from borrowers and prep financial input.
• Build knowledge of client files and accounts to deliver strong service and expand relationships.
• Participate in the credit approval process by gathering and organizing required documentation.
• Prepare loan packets and credit presentation materials for review by Credit Analysts.
• Support business development by engaging with existing and prospective clients.
