We prototype and test hypotheses with real stakeholders to validate and refine our strategy and design. We seek a strategic Business Design Lead who can analyze viability, monetize opportunities, and translate partner needs

Formación

• 7+ years as business designer/strategist/analyst in a design studio, consultancy, or corporate environment.
• Strong business acumen across strategy, marketing, finance, operations and product development.
• Ability to build and interpret financial models to quantify business impact.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to diverse audiences.
• Adaptability to switch between projects, businesses and industries.
• Desire to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including partners.
• Proven track record of launched products as a designer, PM, growth strategist, or founder.
• Excellent communication and time management; capable of leading small teams.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in ideation to concept new experiences and offerings in the market.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define strategic success criteria and objectives.
• Design profitable new products, brands, services, and business models.
• Shape growth and go-to-market strategies for new products and ventures.
• Create market and competitive analyses to position our partners effectively.
• Develop financial models to project revenue growth and product success.
• Plan resource needs and inform hiring and financial planning.
• Lead experiments and derive insights to craft strategic roadmaps.
• Build deep partnerships with cross-functional teams for milestone delivery.
