Job summary

Helping Hands Family (HHF) seeks passionate RBTs to join our team and provide play-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will support development in clinics, homes, and community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

We offer comprehensive RBT training, paid travel and mileage, and a suite of benefits. The role includes evening and weekend sessions with a base salary range, reflecting the client-facing nature of the work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's in a human services field preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with families and children.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team to support each child's progress.
