Job summary

The YGS Group is seeking a Sales Account Manager in York, PA to nurture an established business client portfolio and uncover growth opportunities across print, digital, direct mail, and marketing services.

You'll work with Sales Executives and technical specialists to maximize client value, manage proposals, and deliver exceptional service while traveling for local client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B account management or consultative sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for account growth through strategic conversations.
• Experience managing multiple client priorities while delivering exceptional service.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience within commercial print, marketing communications, direct mail, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of business-to-business accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce additional YGS solutions.
• Meet with clients to understand business objectives, marketing initiatives, and communication challenges.
• Develop strategic recommendations that create measurable value for clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and business presentations.
• Collaborate with internal operations, estimating, production, and sales teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Partner with Sales Executives to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition into ongoing account management.
• Maintain accurate account activity, forecasts, and opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
• Monitor market trends and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
• Representing YGS at client meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
