You’ll analyze markets, define initiatives, translate customer needs into decisions, and support launches and portfolio expansion. Expect data-driven work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, plus travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in product management, technical sales, business analysis, or similar roles (industrial or technical products preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and turn data into actionable insights.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and take ownership.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Willingness to travel (~10–25%).

Responsibilities

• Own defined areas of the product portfolio and drive recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Support development and execution of plans to maximize revenue and profitability across lifecycle stages.
• Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations on launches and enablement.
• Engage with customers and field to inform direction and strategy.
• Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions.
