Identify growth opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to uncover and size new opportunities within the Pressure & Force sensing space.
Support portfolio strategy and execution
  • Support the development and implementation of plans to maximize revenue and profitability for existing products from product introduction, growth, maturity, decline, and end of life within the Pressure & Force portfolio.
Drive data-informed decisions
  • Monitor product performance (revenue, margin, share) and recommend actions to improve business outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to support product launches, develop sales enablement tools, and ensure successful execution.
Engage with customers and the field
  • Gather insights through sales teams, customer interactions, and market data to inform product direction.
Contribute to M&A and portfolio expansion
  • Support due diligence and portfolio assessments for potential acquisitions and adjacent market opportunities.
What You’ll Learn
