Goodwill of the Heartland in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead the retail team and ensure excellent customer service for shoppers and donors.

The ASM helps keep the store inviting and well merchandised, trains staff, and covers store supervision in the Manager's absence. A year of related full-time work is required; supervisory experience preferred, with day/evening/weekend shifts available. Starting wage: $15.92/hour.

Formación

• One year of full-time employment in a related field.
• Former supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Background screening: valid Iowa driver’s license, auto insurance, motor vehicle record, and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in daily operations and training of team members.
• Provide supervision to team in the Store Manager's absence.
• Help maintain an attractive, neatly merchandised store.
• Deliver excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Complete documentation and other records as required.
