Goodwill of the Heartland in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to lead and support the retail team, ensuring excellent customer service to shoppers and donors. The ASM will guide the team in maintaining an attractive, well-merchandised store and work toward leadership development.

The role includes training staff, completing records, and ensuring safety, with supervision in the Store Manager's absence.

Formación

• One year of full-time employment in a related field.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Successful completion of background screening: Iowa driver's license, auto insurance, motor vehicle record, and criminal background check.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the store team to deliver excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, and staff.
• Assist the Store Manager with training, documentation, and safety of the team.
• Provide supervision in the Store Manager's absence and support a rotating schedule of shifts.
