Goodwill of the Heartland is looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at the Cedar Rapids West Store in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will lead a team to deliver excellent service to shoppers and donors while maintaining a neatly merchandised store.

The ASM supports the Store Manager, trains staff, completes documentation, and ensures safety. Starting wage is $15.92 per hour with potential incentive pay based on store performance and a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time employment in a related field, supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Successful completion of background screening: valid Iowa driver's license, auto insurance, motor vehicle record, and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training team members and maintaining records.
• Provide supervision to the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Help ensure safety of customers and staff.
