Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers, operating cash registers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise receiving, stocking, rotating, and display setup per company planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by controlling damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Ensure financial integrity through cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposit procedures.
• Assist in store management during the Store Manager’s absence.
