Jimmy John’s is seeking Assistant Store Managers to join our growing Charlotte/Concord/LKN region. You will help oversee daily store operations alongside the General Manager and lead by example with enthusiasm, integrity, and a customer‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a position (or potential to grow)
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills
• Able to work at least 44 hours per week
• 18 years of age or older
• Willing to learn and be redirected by supervisor

• Ensure store is in exceptional order and employees perform duties properly
• Lead by example and execute systems with integrity
