Job summary

Jimmy John's in the Charlotte region is seeking Assistant Store Managers to join our growing team. You will help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring the store stays in excellent order and that team members perform duties properly and efficiently.

No prior food service experience is required; our extensive management training program provides the tools to succeed now and for future positions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience; managerial experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high-stress store environments.
• Willing to learn and be redirected by supervisor to achieve maximum teamwork, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all financial aspects of food cost and labor goals for the shift and measured periods
• Train, supervise, and motivate crew members
• Prepare products and maintain quality to Jimmy John's brand standards
• Monitor and use all store service equipment
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision

Assistant Store Managers Our Jimmy John's franchise group has over 20 stores and we have locations all over the Charlotte/Concord/LKN Region. We are excitedly looking for the right people to build up our management team! You must be interested in Food Management but we do not require any prior food service experience. We have an extensive management training program that will give you all of the necessary tools to succeed at this job and any future position you desire. We regularly hire people with no management experience and grow them into the manager they want to be but it is a slightly different process.

We celebrate what we want to see more of, and stack our calendar throughout the year with events to do just that, CELEBRATE! Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Exceeding customer expectations in regards to service and store cleanliness

Responsibilities

• At least 6 months of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)/ Fast Food experience - managerial experience preferred, but not required

• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision


• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees


• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills
