European Wax Center in Omaha, NE is hiring an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations and motivate the team to achieve performance goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This full-time leadership role requires coaching Associates, managing KPIs, and assisting with onboarding and training. The position supports growth via sales targets and community outreach, with benefits including health insurance, retirement matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail or beauty leadership preferred
• Experience coaching and developing Associates
• Working knowledge of KPIs and leveraging them to improve results
• Aspiration to develop into Center Manager within 6–12 months
• Flexible availability to support business needs

Responsibilities

• Lead the center’s business and team in the Center Manager’s absence
• Understand and use performance insights to drive results
• Meet and exceed Wax Pass and retail sales goals
• Coach Associates on selling behaviors and provide ongoing feedback
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Assist with onboarding and training and maintain high cleanliness standards
• Support center growth through local marketing and grassroots efforts
