Job summary

Preferred Vascular Group, part of the Surgery Partners family, is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive service line growth and market expansion across PVG markets. The role partners with site Administrators, Medical Directors, and enterprise leadership to identify opportunities and execute strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal leader is commercially minded with a track record in healthcare growth, capable of building scalable infrastructure, and expanding PVG's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, healthcare administration, finance, marketing, or related field.
• MBA/MHA preferred for leadership and growth roles.
• 7+ years of progressive healthcare business development or physician development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy to increase physician utilization, surgical volume, and revenue across PVG and Surgery Partners network.
• Build scalable growth infrastructure, including CRM implementation and market planning.
• Develop business cases and financial targets for new services and market expansion.
• Supervise and develop the Access Coordinator team and drive performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to execute growth initiatives.
• Travel as required, up to 50–75% of time across PVG/Surgery Partners network.
