Job summary

ECP is seeking a high-performing Sales Development Manager to lead our outbound lead generation efforts from our Wisconsin headquarters, with the option for remote candidates within the United States. You will build and manage an organization of SDRs responsible for cold outbound outreach, reporting to the VP & Head of Sales, and partnering with Sales Enablement to scale growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Proven SDR leadership with target attainment.
Experience building and scaling SDR organization.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
CRM and Office suite proficiency; HubSpot preferred.
Analytical with sales data insights.
Ability to travel for conferences and events.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit lead generation targets by leading, managing, and coaching the SDR team.
Manage lead generation strategy, process, documentation, and outcomes.
Partner with Sales leadership to recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor performance of SDRs.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate outbound campaigns and lead generation strategies.
Build a pipeline by coaching SDRs to become high performers.
Identify emerging markets and assess product and competition status.
Develop training and materials to scale SDR performance.
Align SDR targets with overall business metrics and goals.
Adopt technology and tools to enhance SDR motion.
