Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Program Management Growth Director to drive growth across business units, strengthen client relationships, and shape market strategy for water and wastewater programs.

The role bridges client needs with delivery capabilities, building a sustainable pipeline and leading major proposals. It reports to the Director of Program Management and requires a track record in growth, sales, and executive engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or construction management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in the industry with increasing responsibility in sales and strategy.
• Proven experience developing growth strategies, account portfolios, executive engagement programs, and enterprise BD initiatives.
• Experience using data, market intelligence, and client insights to drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for program management across markets, focusing on water and wastewater programs.
• Identify and advance opportunities with market intelligence, growth strategies, and solution development.
• Oversee the strategic growth portfolio and pursue pipeline for PMO and capital planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with client service managers, marketing, and leadership to develop top pursuits.
