Job summary

Northwood Space is seeking a Director, USG Growth to drive growth across U.S. national security space customers and help shape the company’s strategy in support of critical classified missions.

This leader will drive engagement with priority intelligence and national security accounts and will partner with leadership, product, engineering, and mission teams as we expand our footprint in this market. This role focuses on intelligence and national security space, with emphasis on customers such as

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, growth, capture, or related roles (national security)
• Experience shaping or executing complex technical programs for classified or national security customers
• Ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance and work in-person in Washington, DC (remote possible for right candidate)

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end growth across U.S. national security space customers from engagement through award and expansion
• Develop and maintain relationships with intelligence and national security stakeholders
• Create and execute account and campaign strategies for priority customers and mission areas
• Identify opportunities aligned to Northwood capabilities in classified space domains
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to translate customer needs into strategy and execution
• Provide insight into national security priorities to inform Northwood’s product direction and growth plans
