Job summary

OMF is seeking a Development Director to lead the Development Team in engaging ministry partners and growing resources for the U.S. Team. The role emphasizes coordinating with partners, maintaining records, and collaborating with Finance and Communications to support ministry goals.

The position is remote, nationwide, and offers salary guidance within nonprofit ministry salary guidelines, with PTO, retirement options, training, and team retreats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Development Team to ensure engagement with ministry partners and growing resources.
• Engage with Task Unfinished Ministry Partners and plan regular partner zoom calls.
• Maintain records of interactions using fundraising software.
• Collaborate across Finance and Communications on partner communications.
• Develop new ministry partnerships and analyze giving trends for the Board.
