Job summary

A well-established non-profit serving adults with disabilities is seeking a Director of Development, Marketing to join its senior leadership team in New York. The role leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, brand visibility, marketing, communications and public relations, reporting to the CFO and overseeing the Marketing and Communications Manager.

Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 403B, retirement, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement, brand visibility, marketing, communications and public relations.
• Develop and execute integrated plans to grow philanthropic support and strengthen community awareness.
• Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across audiences and social media platforms.
