Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Director of Business Development/Client Services in Fort Lauderdale, FL to lead and coordinate client relationships and growth initiatives. This role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction across a national portfolio.

The ideal candidate will drive new business with strategic proposals and play a key role in annual planning, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular updates and prompt issue resolution.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives for new business development and market expansion.
• Contribute to annual goals and budgets for the client services group with revenue projections.
• Monitor market information and trends to inform strategy and senior management recommendations.
• Establish internal communications and CRM processes to streamline client activities.
• Develop and distribute collateral to current and prospective clients, highlighting services and benefits.
• Coordinate due diligence tasks and liaise with brokers for new fee management opportunities.
• Enhance client service by collecting feedback and implementing cost-effective improvements.
• Prepare HR, financial, and administrative reports as required.
