Job summary

Puget Sound Pain Clinic in the Puget Sound region of Washington seeks a senior leader to serve as Director of Business Development & ASC Administrator. This hybrid, full-time role combines ASC administration with growth strategy, financial analysis, and new initiatives across a physician-owned specialty practice.

You will co‑administer the ASC, partner with RN Manager and Practice Manager, and drive opportunities from concept to implementation to grow the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of senior healthcare leadership.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery centers or multisite practices.
• Strong financial acumen for budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-Administrator of the ambulatory surgery center with RN Manager.
• Lead administrative, operational, financial, and strategic functions.
• Ensure CMS/AAAHC and state regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor ASC KPIs including volume, revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Lead growth initiatives with physician ownership and strategic partners.
