Job summary

Puget Sound Pain Clinic in the Puget Sound region is seeking an experienced healthcare leader to serve as Director of Business Development & ASC Administrator. This senior role combines ASC administration with strategic growth, financial analysis, and execution of new initiatives across the physician-owned specialty practice.

The successful candidate will co-administer the ASC with the RN Manager/Director of Nursing and work with physician ownership on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare operations, administration, business development, or related leadership.
• At least 3 years of significant healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze budgets, forecasts, and operational performance.
• Experience with ambulatory surgery centers, multisite practices, or physician-owned organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-Administrator of the ambulatory surgery center in partnership with RN Manager/Director of Nursing.
• Provide leadership for administrative, operational, financial, and strategic functions of the ASC.
• Ensure CMS/AAAHC compliance and survey readiness with regulatory requirements.
• Develop KPIs and monitor profitability, volume, and payer mix.
• Lead business development, growth strategies, and new service lines.
