Job summary

January Digital is seeking a Director to lead our agency team in shaping multi-channel digital media strategies for clients. You will be the key strategic lead across channels, align media plans with business objectives, and oversee a team to deliver data-driven results.

You will travel up to 25% between NY and Dallas offices and to client meetings, mentor staff, develop growth opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive company objectives.

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in managing paid media across digital channels.
• 4+ years’ experience managing multi-layered teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Paid Social is required.
• Experience with performance media principles and ROAS optimization.

Responsibilities

• Devise the vision to achieve client’s strategic objectives through meaningful thought leadership.
• Develop multi-channel media strategies across channels to meet business goals.
• Lead and manage a team to deliver data-led, programmatic media plans and campaigns.
• Communicate with clients and senior leadership, driving growth opportunities and alignment with objectives.
• Oversee and manage quarterly business reviews and multi-channel budget planning.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver interoperability across online and offline channels where possible.
