Legion is seeking a part-time Growth Designer to own the design quality of surfaces guiding prospective patients from first impression to conversion. The role blends paid creative strategy, brand craft, and web UX, with close collaboration to the Consumer Growth team and founders.
The contractor role requires fluency in Figma, comfort with Framer/Webflow, and a portfolio showing homepages or landing pages with clear personal contributions and measurable results. Remote, 15–25 hours weekly.
Legion is hiring a part-time Growth Designer to own the design quality of the surfaces that take a prospective patient from first impression to conversion.
The role sits at the intersection of paid creative strategy, visual brand craft, and web UX, and you would partner closely with the Consumer Growth team, paid media, SEO and web implementation, and Legion's founders.
It is an independent-contractor engagement, not an employee position, and it carries no equity, commission, bonuses, or employee benefits.
You would develop paid-creative strategies, concepts, hooks, and visual directions for Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels.
You would design high-quality ad variants, creator briefs, landing pages, and website experiences that connect the acquisition promise to the next step in the patient journey.
You would improve Legion's visual brand across growth surfaces, covering typography, layout, imagery, colour, hierarchy, and trust signals.
You would map and simplify key website journeys so patients can quickly understand Legion, decide whether it is right for them, and convert with confidence.
You would turn campaign performance data, user feedback, and growth priorities into clear design hypotheses and a steady cadence of experiments.
You would build reusable templates, components, and lightweight brand guidance that make future creative and landing-page work faster and more consistent.
You would deliver implementation-ready work in Figma and, where useful, Framer or Webflow, and collaborate closely with web and engineering partners through launch and iteration.
Throughout concepting, prototyping, production, and iteration you would use AI tools including Figma AI, Framer AI, and image and video generation tools to increase speed and creative range, while applying strong judgment to every final decision.
A strong portfolio is the primary requirement: it should include beautiful homepages or landing pages, intuitive web flows, and brand or growth creative, with your personal contribution and the results clearly shown.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems is expected, paired with sound UX judgment. You should have experience turning an audience insight or a growth brief into multiple creative concepts and testable variants.
Fluency in Figma is required. Experience with Framer, Webflow, motion, creator or UGC briefs, or direct-response creative is helpful but not required. You should be comfortable using both qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data to improve work without reducing every design decision to a single metric.
Demonstrated use of AI-native creative and design tools to materially improve the speed, range, or quality of real work is a core expectation, not optional. Clear writing, low ego, high ownership, and strong asynchronous collaboration are all important. Experience in healthcare or another trust-sensitive consumer category is helpful. The team states that strong judgment and exceptional work matter most.
The role is fully remote. You must have reliable overlap with Pacific Time business hours.
The expected commitment is approximately 15 to 25 hours per week, with the ability to scale during launches and major site work. This is an ongoing part-time independent-contractor engagement.
The hourly rate is $50 to $125, based on portfolio quality, relevant experience, speed, and scope. This engagement does not include equity, commission, bonuses, or employee benefits.
