Your background includes analytics engineering or data science, with a focus on scalable data models, and collaboration with business teams to drive data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python to model, transform and explore data.
• Deep experience in data modelling, analytics engineering, and building trusted semantic layers and dbt models.
• Hands-on experience modelling data from growth-side business systems (CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, support).
• Excellent communication and ability to influence decisions with data storytelling.
• Familiarity with GTM analytics: funnels, attribution, pipeline, forecasting, retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the Growth data model and turn raw data into trusted, documented dbt models.
• Ingest new GTM data sources and collaborate with data engineering for scale.
• Define and align metrics across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success.
• Get modelled data back into CRM and business tools for action.
• Identify CRM data gaps and drive fixes at the source.
• Run deep-dive analyses to uncover pipeline leaks and campaign impact.
• Build dashboards and reporting that scale beyond the individual.
