Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Senior Data Science Manager to lead the data science function for User Growth. You will manage 6–10 data scientists, set the analytics roadmap, and partner with Finance, Product, and Engineering to deliver forecasts and insights.

The role emphasizes building forecasting systems, improving experimentation, and elevating data fluency across the Growth pillar with strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 5+ person data science teams.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent expertise.
• Applied industry experience with causal inference, experimentation, and ML models.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong command of SQL, Python or R; deep analytics tech familiarity.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytical vision and roadmap for User Growth data science.
• Lead a 6–10 data scientists team; grow the team over time.
• Embed Data Scientists within product development teams with strong stakeholder connection.
• Own design, execution, and interpretation of experiments for user growth.
• Develop and maintain user growth forecasting systems with Finance and Product.
• Drive BI strategy including metrics layer and self-serve dashboards.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance.
