Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Senior Data Science Manager to lead the data science function within our Growth pillar. You’ll oversee forecasting, analytics, and BI, guiding a team of 6–10 data scientists and partnering with Engineering, Product, Design, and Finance.

You’ll set the analytical vision, drive experimentation, build forecasting systems, and translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior leadership. Equity compensation accompanies the base salary.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading a data science team.
• Strong background in forecasting, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Excellent communication of complex analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable forecasting and BI systems.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytical vision and roadmap for Growth data science.
• Lead a team of 6–10 data scientists and foster growth.
• Embed data scientists within product teams and maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments to guide user growth decisions.
• Develop and maintain user growth forecasting systems with cross‑functional partners.
• Drive BI strategy including dashboards and analytics infrastructure.
