Nimble is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across enterprise accounts. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align Nimble’s platform with business goals, balancing technical guidance with strategic influence.
The role involves coordinating with Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver sustained customer value. It’s based at our San Francisco hub, with an OTE range of $150k–$200k depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you’ll connect customer business needs with Nimble’s technical solutions, working closely with Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver long-term success. You’ll manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships, proactively mitigate risk, and identify opportunities to grow customer value over time.
This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, enterprise customer empathy, and commercial mindset, along with the ability to advise both technical and business leaders on how Nimble can support their data and growth objectives.
The role is 5 days a week at our SF hub
This role reports to the Director of Customer Success, and the salary may land between $150- $200k OTE, depending on qualifications and experience.
