About Us

Harmony Family Chiropractic is a neurologically-based, family and pediatric-focused chiropractic practice in Cary, NC, with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent children - including ADHD, autism, sensory processing, and anxiety. We help kids and families get out of pain and dysfunction and thrive through nervous system-based care. We're growing fast and looking for someone to help us stay connected with our community online and make sure no lead falls through the cracks.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth Coordinator to manage our social presence and personally follow up with warm and cold leads coming in through social media, turning interest into scheduled appointments that commit to care.

What you'll do:

Manage and post content across our social media channels

Call and follow up with warm and cold Facebook leads

Reactivate old leads

Track lead status and follow-up activity

What we're looking for:

Comfortable on the phone and confident following a script

Organized, consistent, and self-directed

Bonus if you have social media content experience

Schedule

This role is flexible, with hours spread across Monday-Friday. Because much of the work is responding to leads as they come in and coordinating around patient and clinic schedules, hours can be sporadic day-to-day rather than a fixed shift - we're looking for someone who's comfortable with that kind of flow and can adapt their availability throughout the week.

There is one in-person mandatory team meeting each Thursday over lunch/midday.

Compensation

Training period: $30,000/year base (training period 45-90 days based on your performance)

After Training: $25,000/year base plus bonus $50 for every lead who commits to care
