• Strong organizational and project management skills with timelines and approvals.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, creative approvals, testing, or launch validation.
• Meticulous documentation and ability to work in controlled environments with formal approvals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisition marketing and campaign execution across planning, creative development, approvals, launch coordination, and post-launch validation.
• Manage creative capacity by prioritizing requests and coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Support campaign build activities, including requirements tracking and validation checklists.
• Coordinate creation, review, and maintenance of marketing claims, disclosures, and job aids.
• Capture and archive required approvals to support governance processes.
• Provide monthly reconciliation by verifying campaign activity, spend, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain trackers, roadmaps, meeting notes, and reporting calendars.
• Support reporting by gathering inputs and preparing draft readouts.
