Job summary

McDugald Steele Landscape Architects & Contractors seeks an experienced Marketing & Growth Manager to expand brand presence and drive revenue across its service divisions. You will lead lead generation, digital marketing, CRM management, marketing automation, content strategy, and analytics to support a robust sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a deep understanding of luxury clientele and premium service industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive marketing experience, including growth initiatives.
• Experience building multi-channel campaigns that produce measurable leads and pipeline.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, digital advertising, analytics, SEO, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, competing priorities, and executive-level reporting.
• Excellent writing, communication, presentation, analytical, and project-management skills.
• Experience in luxury residential services or related premium sectors.
• Experience marketing to high-net-worth clients and professional referral sources.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
• Experience managing outside agencies and creative production partners.
• Working knowledge of premium visual storytelling, project photography, video, and portfolio-based marketing.
