Job summary

Beaumont Inc. seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to own the integrated sales and marketing engine across three business units (Beaumont Technologies, Beaumont Advanced Processing, and AIM Institute) from Erie, PA.

You will set direction, lead a growing team, and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and channel expansion. This newly created role requires a seasoned commercial leader with deep industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a track record of scaling sales

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive sales, marketing, or commercial leadership experience.
• Experience building commercial strategy in industrial/manufactured goods.
• Background in plastics engineering, injection molding, or advanced manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Beaumont’s integrated sales and marketing strategy across product and service lines.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales organization to hit revenue targets.
• Build and execute a plan to re-engage existing customers and drive repeat business.
• Design and launch a structured channel partner program (reps, distributors).
• Direct integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation, and brand positioning.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and AIM Institute leadership.
• Oversee CRM governance, KPI reporting, and pipeline accuracy.
• Build incentive and compensation structures for the sales team.
