Job summary

Accruity is seeking a sales and marketing leader in Pittsburgh to own the front end of the business. You will drive demand, lead the 1099 sales reps, and partner with marketing to hit revenue targets while expanding the affiliate and event program.

You will work with the co-founder and delivery to ensure deals convert to long-term client relationships, with a focus on scalable growth and predictable costs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales and marketing in professional services or real-estate-adjacent firms.
• Proven ability to build and manage referral/affiliate channels.
• Comfortable presenting in-person, traveling for events, and engaging with investors.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand pipeline from first touch to closed Insights engagements.
• Recruit, enable, coach, and manage 1099 sales reps to the scorecard.
• Set direction for marketing via paid social, content, and funnels with cost-per-closed-client goals.
• Activate affiliates and partnerships, measuring their value and impact.
• Handoff to delivery and manage leadership cadence (weekly scorecard, quarterly rocks).
