Job summary

Direct Online Marketing in Pittsburgh is seeking a growth-focused marketer to own the inbound pipeline. You’ll write the words that sell, execute email, GEO, CRO, social and web programs, and drive MQLs. You’ll also identify speaking opportunities to build visibility and feed demand.

This role requires ownership, speed, and a willingness to dive into new initiatives, with a flexible hybrid schedule, travel for events, and a pragmatic, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B services environment.
• Excellent, persuasive business writing skills for sales enablement content (writing samples may be requested).
• Strong hands-on execution across email, GEO, CRO, social, and web; generalist by design.

Responsibilities

• Drive inbound growth and generate MQLs across channels.
• Identify and apply thought leaders to conferences, panels, and podcasts; grow visibility.
• Write sales enablement collateral including decks, proposals, and emails.
• Maintain reporting on growth initiatives and assist with events and partnerships.
