Job summary

Synteq is seeking a Growth lead to drive multi-channel growth across social brands, creator ecosystems, community initiatives, OOH campaigns, and performance marketing. You’ll own strategy, experimentation, and measurement to elevate Synteq’s presence in the infrastructure and developer space.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end growth surface, turning data into action and aligning cross-functional teams to create a trusted, scalable brand narrative.

Qualifications

• Experience in growth or performance marketing for infra/tech SaaS.
• Proven ability to drive multi-channel growth from 0 to scale.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and ambiguous roles.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ROI-focused experiments.
