Mechanism Ventures is seeking a Growth Manager to lead D2C growth for an AI-native consumer brand platform. Hybrid in NYC or remote with one week per month in NYC, full-time.

You will own the merchant portfolio, starting with ~10 brands, define the growth path with the CEO, and drive execution across acquisition, creative, and optimization. You will build scorecards, automation, and AI workflows to scale growth, collaborating with creators, engineering, and account teams to deliver profitable

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in paid social, with experience on Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Experience juggling multiple clients in an agency and in-house at a DTC/CPG brand.
• Creative-led: able to brief creators, cut ads, test hooks, and own landing pages.
• Ability to design campaigns with limited budgets and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfort building systems and AI/automation to scale growth.

• Diagnose constraints on each merchant's growth and plan prioritization.
• Lead acquisition, creative testing, and landing page optimization across the portfolio.
• Ship high-leverage work across acquisition, creative, conversion, and lifecycle.
• Build operating system: scorecards, backlogs, decision logs, reviews, simulations.
• Define software requirements and clear acceptance criteria for recurring workflows.
• Own performance against D2C sales targets and revenue generation.
