Job summary

Vitalize is building the AI operating system for how health systems manage labor and capacity. We shape demand and awareness to bring our story to market, partnering with Sales and product teams to turn outcomes into qualified pipeline.

The first growth demand generation hire will own the demand engine, drive multi-channel campaigns, and establish a scalable process that accelerates growth while bonding closely with the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling demand generation programs.
• Ability to own campaigns from concept to measurement.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and Product to drive pipeline.
