Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Analytics to guide analytics strategy and lead a team of analysts across the customer journey from acquisition to expansion.

You will partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers to define questions, metrics, and success criteria while hands-on analytics drive the business outcomes. You will build scalable measurement plans, dashboards, and self-service reporting, leveraging SQL, Python, and modern data platforms to inform product decisions

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product analytics or growth analytics in a SaaS environment.
• Experience designing, measuring, or interpreting product experiments and A/B tests.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with complex data sources.
• Experience with Python or R for analysis.
• Ability to define metrics and measurement plans with product/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of growth analysts and set priorities.
• Partner with PLG Product Managers and Engineers to define questions and success metrics.
• Establish and evolve measurement for the PLG funnel across acquisition to expansion.
• Improve product analytics through metrics, events, datasets, dashboards, and self-service reporting.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate analysis and data modeling.
